Why doesn't my login work? |

If you created a web account on www.cricketmag.com prior to 10-5-2009, you need to create a new login. We were not able to carry the existing accounts through when we performed our upgrade. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please create a new account here. |

How do I create an account? |

To create a web account, or to recreate an account you had set up prior to 10-5-2009, go to our secure New User Setup page. You will be prompted for the information you need to enter to create an account. |

What are the benefits to having an account? |

If you create a web account with us, you will have the benefit of:
- Faster and easier checkout
- Seamless renewal process
- Personal addressbook
- Complete purchase history
as well as many other great features still in development.
You do not ever need to create a web account to shop with us. If you would prefer that your information not be saved on our site, please continue through as a Guest. |

What should I do if I forget my password? |

If you forgot your password, or experience other issues using your web account, please call us at 1-800-821-0115 and select Option 2 for Customer Service from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, Eastern time. |

Will my order history cover activity from before I created an account? |
| A: |
If you are an existing customer creating a web account for the first time, your web account will only show purchase history from the date you create it. Customer service has received all your orders, and you can contact them directly with any questions at 1-800-821-0115 and select Option 2 for Customer Service from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, Eastern time. |

Do address changes made to my web address book reflect on the magazine mailing labels? |

If you update the addresses in your web account address book, the change will be reflected in magazine labels and future product shipments. Please keep in mind, however, that we pull our mailing lists for the magazines 6-8 weeks in advance, so you may not see the change reflected right away. |

We do not save any credit card information in the web accounts. For additional information, please see our Privacy Policy. |

We are currently working to integrate package tracking through the web accounts, but it is not currently available. |

When you are logged in to your web account, the orange "My Account" button in the upper right-hand corner of the site, below the search box, will change to read your username.
