Q: What is your shipping and handling policy for magazine subscriptions?
A: For magazine subscriptions, there is no shipping fee for delivery to addresses within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. For all foreign magazine subscriptions (including U.S. Territories), there is a USD$15.00 shipping fee charged per subscription per year.

A: For books and products shipped to addresses within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses, the shipping fee is based on your non-magazine order total per shipping address.  Please click here for the shipping table.  For delivery to foreign addresses (including U.S. Territories), please allow a USD $15.00 shipping fee in addition to the to the standard domestic fee.

Q: Can I have your magazines, books, and products sent to APO/FPO addresses?
A: We do send our magazines, books, and products to APO/FPO addresses. They are treated as regular U.S. letters and packages and are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
 
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Our goal is always to deliver an order as quickly as possible to you subject to availability, receipt of payment, and/or credit authorization. We strive to process orders placed online, via fax, or by phone with our customer service department,  within 24 hours. For orders placed by mail, we strive to enter and process the order within 5 business days of receiving your letter.
 
Q: How long does it take to receive the first issue of my magazine subscription?
A: Each issue of our 14 magazines is sent out at a different time of the month. You or the magazine recipient should expect to receive the first issue 4-6 weeks after we have processed your order. If you subscribe by mail, please allow an extra week for delivery of your letter to our office.

 
Q: How long does it take to receive a book or product?
A: You should expect to receive your book or product order 7-10 business days after we have processed it. If you ordered by mail, please allow an extra week for delivery of your letter to our office.
 
Q: What if I need a rush on my order?
A: Expedited delivery of your order will incur additional shipping cost. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-821-0115. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Eastern Time)
