Q: How do I give magazine gift subscriptions?
A:

Our magazines make special gifts for any child who deserves more than just a toy. You can order gift subscriptions on our site or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-821-0115 24 hours, 7 days a week, or internationally at 1-603-924-7209 between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm M-F (Eastern Time). Be sure to provide us with your name and address as well as the name and address of your recipient(s).

 
Q: Can I send gifts (both magazine subscriptions and one-time gifts) to more than one shipping address?
A: You can definitely send gifts to multiple shipping addresses. If you are ordering online, our order and checkout process will walk you through all the steps to make sure each of your gifts is sent to the right person. If you are ordering by phone, our friendly customer service representatives will gladly help you with your gift order.
 
Q: Can I include a card or message with my gift subscriptions?
A: For gift subscription orders, an announcement card will be sent to you in your acknowledgment package for your personal message. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the package to arrive.

You can print or email a gift card from our website.
 
Q: Can I purchase gift certificates?
A: You may purchase gift certificates by calling our customer service department at 1-800-821-0115.
 
Q: My child is receiving gift subscriptions to your magazines from someone else. How do I renew his or her subscriptions?

Q: Who receives renewal notices?
A:

Renewal notices are sent to the person who purchased the subscription.  If you are a gift-giver living at a different address than the magazine recipient, you will receive renewal notices at your address.

If the original subscription order was placed through a third party instead of directly with us (for example, through Amazon.com), renewal notices will be sent to "The Family of" the subscription recipient.

If a subscription has not been renewed by the time the final issue mails, a "wrapper" will go on the issue identifying it as the last issue of the subscription.  (In some cases, a next-to-last wrapper will be included the month before.)

 
Q: Who can renew a subscription?
A: Anyone who is 18 years of age or older is welcome to renew a subscription.  You do not have to be the original purchaser in order to renew.
