A: Currently, our magazines are only available in the English language.

Q: What is your shipping fee for magazine subscriptions delivered to addresses outside of the U.S.?
A: For all foreign magazine subscriptions (including U.S. Territories), there is a USD$15.00 shipping fee charged per subscription per year.
 
Q: What is your shipping and handling policy for book and product orders?
A: For delivery to foreign addresses (including U.S. Territories), add a USD $15.00 shipping fee in addition to the standard domestic fee (click here for table)
Cost for larger orders may increase shipping charges. Customer service will contact you.
 
Q: Can I have your magazines, books, and products sent to APO/FPO addresses?
A: We do send our magazines, books, and products to APO/FPO addresses. They are treated as regular U.S. letters and packages, and are sent via USPS.
 
Q: How long does it take to receive the first issue of my magazine subscription?
A: You or the magazine recipient should expect to receive the first issue 4-6 weeks after we have processed your order. If you subscribed by mail, please allow an extra week for delivery of your letter to our office.

All magazines, except CICADA, are published 9 times a year.  Combined issues are May/June, July/August and November/December.
 
Q: What if I need a rush on my order?
A: Expedited delivery of your order will incur additional shipping cost. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-821-0115 or 1-603-924-7209 between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm M-F (Eastern Time) for more information.
